To disable double logon, or credentials window, in Remote Desktop Connection (MSTSC / RDP 6.0) simply edit the DEFAULT.RDP file, normally located in My Documents, with notepad and add "enablecredsspsupport:i:0" (without quotes) to the bottom of the file.

DEFAULT.RDP is created in the My Documents folder after running Remote Desktop Connection once.
